Your Dungeon Master, behind the screen

About · The Master of the Table

I've spent fifteen years
building worlds for others to break.

It started with a borrowed rulebook and a cardboard screen. Since then I've guided hundreds of adventurers through haunted keeps, political intrigue, and the occasional tavern brawl that got wildly out of hand.

My tables are built on three pillars: stories that react to your choices, combat that feels cinematic, and a space where every player feels welcome — from first-timers to grizzled veterans.

  • Living Worlds

NPCs with agendas, factions that move without you, consequences that echo.

  • Theatre of the Mind & Beyond

Voices, music, soundscapes, hand-painted maps and dynamic lighting online.

  • Safe, Inclusive Tables

Session zero, lines & veils, and safety tools at every game.

Session Zero. Before the first adventure, the Dungeon Master sets tone, lines and veils with the party. Everyone at the table has advantage on fun.

Living World. NPCs remember what the party did. Sometimes fondly.

Actions

Multivoice. The Dungeon Master speaks as up to three NPCs in one round, each with a distinct voice. The tavern keeper always sounds suspicious.

Cliffhanger (Recharge 6). The session ends at the worst possible moment. Each player must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or text the group chat about it all week.

Questions From Travellers

Do we need any experience to play?

None at all. I teach as we go, and the New Player Academy is designed for total beginners. Veterans are equally welcome; I'll tune the challenge to your table.

Do we need to own books, dice or miniatures?

No. For in-person games I bring dice, minis, maps and character sheets. Online, the virtual tabletop rolls dice for you, so all you need is a computer and a headset.

Which edition and systems do you run?

Primarily Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition (2014 and 2024 rules). I also run Pathfinder 2e, Call of Cthulhu, and a few indie systems on request.

How do online games work?

We play over Discord voice/video with a virtual tabletop (Foundry or Roll20) for maps, tokens, and dice. I'll send a simple setup guide before your first session.

What if a player can't make a session?

Life happens. For campaigns, we play with at least 3 players present, and I'll weave absences into the story. Reschedule with 24 hours' notice at no charge.

How do you handle sensitive content?

Every group gets a session zero with lines & veils, and I use the X-card and open check-ins throughout. Your comfort comes before any plot.

Still have a question? Send a raven and I'll answer it.
